Inside sales employee Germany (32 - 40 uur)

As a commercial inside sales employee for Germany, you are an important link in the growth of Bike Labyrinth in Germany. We are a young, international organization. Our interactive movement system, Bike Labyrinth, is designed to get people in all kinds of care institutions to exercise in a fun, relaxed way and thus improve their quality of life. In short, we want to make people even happier and healthier!


With just over 100 German clients, there is still much to do and Germany is a focus area for Bike Labyrinth in the coming years. You will work closely with our account managers on location. You will be involved in marketing activities, market analyses, pre-sales, and help and support our account managers and clients. This makes you an important link between the German team and the headquarters in The Hague. In short, you are a spider in the web and commercially driven. You report to the Commercial Manager for Germany and your base is our office in The Hague. Your tasks include:

  • You carry out marketing activities and work to make Bike Labyrinth more well-known in Germany. You will work closely with our marketing department;
  • You conduct market analyses and put the team and account managers on the right track;
  • You email and call potential customers to make appointments for the account managers. Leads come in? You immediately involve the account manager!
  • You provide product information to customers and provide advice on purchases based on customer needs;
  • You prepare quotes, enter orders, keep the CRM up-to-date, and provide after-sales and service.

We are looking for someone (32-40 hours) who:

  • Is commercially driven, sees opportunities and can connect them;
  • Keeps an overview and can switch between different tasks;
  • Is ambitious and wants to grow with us;
  • Has 1-3 years of work experience;
  • Is fluent in German, both spoken and written, or someone who is willing and able to learn quickly;
  • Has an MBO/HBO level of education.
