Subotica, Serbia

Subotica is a city nearby the border of Serbia and Hungary. The city is full of incredible and unique art nouveau architecture, which you can admire from your bike. We recommend you take a turn to cycle by the Subotica Synagogue. If you look carefully you can try to spot some of the tulip motifs in the buildings.

Amman, Jordan

While Subotica has a magical feeling because of all the unique and somewhat colourful buildings, Amman takes you back to an old Roman or Greek empire. One minute you find yourself in busy streets with countless houses and the next you’re cycling by the Temple of Hercules or other old runes. But you’ll also find old and modern mosques on the way. Truly a route full of surprises.

Another route we feel deserves a honourable mention is Dubrovnik, a striking city near the sea. But be careful, seeing this route will surely have you dreaming of a holiday.
We’re also adding new routes through Ukraine this quarter, through Cherkasy and Rivne. We hope these routes bring joy or help with homesickness. Even if you’ve never been to these places, we recommend you give them a try.
